The area is somewhat remote and requires having a car
The apartment has excellent views (weather permitting) and is very well maintained and equipped. The kitchen is incredibly well equipped (except for a water boiler) and modern. Top. The laundry machine is very quiet and can be run anytime. The apartment is definitely very nice.
What was very upsetting, though, was the booking process as well as the communication with the real estate agency (Novasol) managing the process.
They decided to state a low renting price on the website to lure potential customers and then, just before finisging the booking process, add power consumption to the price which is not necessarily legal in Spain. Worse, they asked for 15 EUR per day for power and didn't leave it clear whether I would be charged for de facto consumption or the entire 15 EUR per day until I complained. In the end, I was billed for de facto consumption at 0.3 per kwh which is more than twice the actual cost in Spain. I also only had to leave a 10 EUR per day deposit. Finally, I spent only a quarter (!) of this in power, i.e. 2.5 EUR per day. If you use the heating or A/C, however, this may rapidly increase! Hence, be aware. In summer, I would rather choose one of the other alternatives with a higher base price but power included....
