This stylish villa in Benitachell's Cumbre del Sol offers a peaceful retreat just 1 km from the Mediterranean Sea. Ideal for families or groups, it includes a separate guest house and is located near the scenic Cala del Moraig beach, perfect for snorkeling and sunbathing. Visitors can also explore the dramatic Ruta de los Acantilados cliff trail or enjoy kayaking and paddleboarding with La Terreta Esport i Aventura. The main house features a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a cozy living/dining room with smart TV and wood stove, and two air-conditioned bedrooms with twin beds. Two bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower and another with a bathtub, add comfort. The guest house includes an additional bedroom with en-suite bath and private terrace. Outdoors, enjoy a fenced garden, sun loungers, barbecue, and a private 7x3 m pool, ideal for relaxing under the Costa Blanca sun. Benitachell offers a variety of dining options within 5 km. Savor Mediterranean cuisine at Restaurante La Cumbre, enjoy Asian flavors at Restaurante Asiático Sabores, or try the cozy atmosphere of Casa de Beniasia. Whether you're exploring sea caves, hiking coastal trails, or dining al fresco, this villa is a perfect base for your Costa Blanca adventure. Note: Babies not allowed/ No facility for babies.

An optional utilities and service package of EUR 135,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.
This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.

Villa très sympathique et très fonctionnelle

Cette maison a répondu à toutes nos attentes : «mignonne, très facile et fonctionnelle, emplacement idéal au calme et à l abri des regards. Nous connaissons très bien la Cumbre et franchement on n est pas déçu !Nous reviendrons c est certain ! Nous recommandons vivement ce logement très propre et très bien aménagé, bénéficiant également d une exposition exceptionnelle avec vue montagne et mer !De belles vacances très réussies ! Merci.
