「Pros: Das Haus an sich ist sehr gut geschnitten und prinzipiell mit Allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Der kleine Pool im Garten rundet das Ganze ab. Man kann zu Fuß das Zentrum in ca. 10 Min bequem erreichen. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Cons: Es war nicht viel, möchten es aber trotzdem erwähnen: -Eine Liege im Gartenwar defekt. -Ein neuer Besen kostet nicht viel und wäre angebracht; vielleicht auch ein 2ter für draußen. -Der vorhandene Grill ist vom Prinzip her super, allerdings ist er auch...

「Pros: We had a very pleasant stay. Two beaches in the immediate vicinity. The landlord was always reachable and helpful. We would book this accommodation again. Maryvilla is a beautiful area. Cons: All perfect.」

「Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, la villa est très belle, la vue depuis la terrasse est exceptionnelle. C’était très propre, l’hôte très agréable. Une partie de la piscine est très peu profonde, cela conviendrait mieux à des petits enfants. Il y a des commerces à proximité. Une chose qui n’était pas indiqué dans l’annonce c’est que la propriétaire habitait un étage en dessous. 」

「Excellent communication before and during stay and quick response to a small issue. Pool was a standout as it was heated so it could be used daily, in February, by our grandchildren. The house was warm and heating was easily managed. The house met our high hopes, although we would have liked the outdoor eating areas to have more sun - we were there in February. Otherwise, a very good stay - thank you to our hosts and hope you would host us again. 」

The house was clean and fully equipped with all what you need. When we go back to Javea, we’ll definitely book this house again!」
