「On arrival we were charged 30 euros for a late check-in which we had not been informed about and reading small print cannot find mention of it anywhere. The bedside cabinet fell off the wall. We had a broken kettle which wasn't replaced. There was 1 drinling mug in an apartment for 4 people which was dirty and unusable. We had no handtowels. We contacted the owner immediately. It took her 2 days to reply and no issues were solved. Would not book through this lady again. Not recommended. 」

「Habitación Horrible, en cuarto de baño la bañera no traga agua y sale al parquet. Cubo de fregona se sale el agua al estar roto. Frigorífico no enfría, sin puerta de congelador. Microondas solo calentar 30segundos. Sin atención personal a pesar de contactar telefonicamente. Nos dieron un apartamento que no era el reservado.」
