Nice apartment located on the first line of Poniente, Benidorm,



The apartment has 54 m2 built distributed in 1 double bedroom, living-dining room, open-plan kitchen, spacious terrace and 1 full bathroom.



The Poniente beach is of fine sand that expands along 3,100 metres while the sandy space has more than 100 metres of average width. It spans from the Port to the city limits, which is known as Cala de Benidorm.



This beach, generally, receives many fewer visits than the Levante beach. The type of audience is more of national origin.



The seafront promenade of Poniente Beach has recently been restored, and has received the award for Best Global New Design by the Chicago Museum of Architecture and Design. This new architecture is based on the waves of the sea, and features a very vivid colour palette that gives it harmony and a touch of modernity.



From this new promenade, the stage that took place in Benidorm of the 2011 Vuelta a España cycling race has begun. Through it we can find families, elderly people, skaters... it is highly advisable to spend the afternoon and walk a bit.



Unlike the one in Levante, the promenade does not reach the end of the beach. At the end of this promenade, a part of the beach begins that is much less visited than the previous one. That is why this area is the preferred one by the people of Benidorm, since it is more secluded.



Nevertheless, Poniente Beach has a bus line that periodically runs through it, to facilitate access to it.



At Poniente Beach there are two important enclaves: the port of Benidorm and the famous Elche Park.



Important information about arrival time: The key collection time is from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM; if you wish to arrive earlier, it will depend on availability, and we cannot provide information until the day of arrival. If you arrive after 12:00 AM, there will be a late check-in fee of €45. Said amount will be charged the day after arrival or, failing that, will be deducted from the deposit.
