Hotel is nicely renovated and we loved our room. The location as perfect for everything we needed. Easy walk to the beach and lots of restaurants nearby. Staff are not very friendly in most areas. The main lobby often smells like sewage. We paid for all inclusive and mostly ate elsewhere as the food is both repetitive and fairly bad. Coffee and toast for breakfast and out to town where there are many affordable and delicious options. I would stay there again however would not recommend the extra money for all inclusive.

Enjoyable stay!

We stayed 3 nights on a b&b basis! The room was great, we had the biggest balcony I’ve ever had and great views the bed was really comfy and a great size! Breakfast had everything you’d expect and was nice!

Great location for central Benidorm and rooms were spacious, quiet and modern. We paid extra for the breakfast but only dine in once. For the quality and the price of getting food elsewhere, it’s not worth the money. Would recommend and stay again

The snack bar. Firstly Hygiene standards. I watched on multiple days, chefs using the same gloves to serve cooked foods and handle raw foods. On one occasion the chef dropped an entire kebab on the floor. Waited 5 mins then applied said dropped kebab onto the machine. A few from our group were sick in rooms due to this. Lifts!!!!!! For a large hotel, there's isn't enough lifts. During busy times you can be waiting 30 mins for a lift. These are old, unventilated and generally quite small. House keeping. To be fair they House keeping was pretty good. They missed a day due to winning the world cup, but usually on point. Restaurant. It's a typical Spanish all inclusive, very much the same every day. Wines could do we a refresh as the red could be mistaken for vinegar. All in all it would be a 3 star if it wasn't for the pools and activities for the kids. Parking charges of €15 a night is a bit steep. There's a free carpark 60 meters up the road.

Good Hotel

Reception area and staff were very pleasant and welcoming. Rooms were clean and spacious, it was also nice having tea making facilities and a small fridge in the room. There was a good variety and plenty of food in the restaurant.

Stayed many a time at this hotel. Lovely rooms and comfortable, disappointed this visit as our alcohol in fridge in room was taken, can only have been from the maid id presume. Makes me worried about staying again as if a hotel worker can take something like this what else are the capable of taking. Food also seems to have gone down hill as well. Good location for the main strip. Hotel is clean

Lovely stay ☺️

Lovely and clean room and beds were very comfortable. The only slight problem we had was the shower had a slight leak which was probably just a seal around the door, but that aside the shower had the best water pressure I have ever had in a hotel. Brilliant for getting sun cream off. Food was good and varied and staff very friendly and efficient. Would definitely stay again. ☺️
