Apartment was nice and clean and spacious. No balcony. And what you could see when the curtains were open was a load of junk out in yard. Wouldn't stay here again. And we come to benidorm a couple of times a year. This is our 12th stay.

2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities

Very poor staff

Our stay was cancelled due to covid19, however the hotel as been terrible to deal with regarding a refund, 1st of all the reception staff were very dismissive and gave a phone number to contact. On contacting someone through the number called Anna I was assured a refund would be sent. However im still waiting and they are no ignoring all forms of contact. I would highly avoid this accommodation as the staff are very unhelpful.
