The hotel is super old OR at least it seems like it because of the upkeep(?) The toilet did not flush properly - water just swirled in clrcles without taking anything down. Engineering came but did not help the situation any. Actually, he said it's working until I put some TP in and showed him how the TP just swirled in circles. The restaurant tables were filthy. Had grease on them that would stick to your hands. Food was horrible as well. The restaurant itself had a stench smell. The photos are so polished/photoshopped that it is just decieving. Stay away from this place.

I had horrible experience. Didn't get the rooms we booked. Didn't get the breakfast we paid for, it said it will included with room but when on site they made us pay. Expedia team tried to work with them for refund but I haven't heard from anyone in more than a week. I'll highly recommend, if you want to spend your money spend it at a place where they will do what they promise

Good Hotel, just not the best in cleanliness and a lot of mosquitoes. Staff were faboulous just that the management have to invest a bit to fix the shower, the broken doors, the dirty chars and a few touch ups, but otherwise a good stay.

This hotel is nothing like the way it presents on their website. The pool is unusable and green. The hotel is dirty. It’s Management make promises and don’t deliver. Do not stay here go anywhere except Howard Johnson.

I made this reservation in a crunch. The whole 3rd floor smelled damp. The room windows were completely covered with Bird Poo and I couldn't keep them open. Several pillows and many towels had large stains that were unacceptable. The water temperature in the shower was always cold. If you waited for it to heat for 15 full min, it got to luke warm. The Toilet stopped working on day 3.

Very old property. The images shown of their property in booking sites are of their launch. Can be easily misled. However, the staff was supportive and helpful.

Firstly, the key fob provided was not working, which required multiple try before I got into the room. Additionally, the flush in the bathroom was having issues, which was an inconvenience. The property itself felt very old and in need of renovation. The flooring in my room was visibly damaged, giving the space a worn and unkempt appearance. These factors combined to create a less than satisfactory stay. While the staff was courteous and tried to assist, the state of the property and the initial hurdles left much to be desired. I hope the management takes these concerns into account to improve the guest experience in the future.
