This property is fabulous! There is so much room! It has everything that you would ever need. They even provide laundry detergent and drying sheets for the washing machine and dryer. The location is also perfect. Literally about 7 minutes to downtown, so close enough, but also away from the crowds. It is set in a quiet neighborhood. You will truly feel at home here.

We stopped for just one evening at Jason's property, but it was the perfect reset for us! We had been traveling for 5 days in our travel van, and the stop/stay was perfect. We were able to catch up on our laundry in the huge washer/dryer, chill out in the large comfortable apt, then go into downtown (a short distance) for a great meal. Then a nice breakfast the next morning with everything we needed in the kitchen! What a reset!! Will hope to stay at this property next time we are in Bend!

Overall, I had an excellent stay at this property in Bend, Oregon. It is located in a quiet neighborhood not far from several amenities. The property was clean and well-maintained, with updated furniture and features. It was perfect for my weekend in Bend for the USBC Oregon State Bowling Open Championships hosted at Lava Lanes.

Decent location, but the dirty old carpet and stinky moldy laundry washing machine made it gross. We wouldn’t recommend for that reason.

The apartment was as described … very large with a well-equipped kitchen. It was close to all the conveniences and sites in and around Bend. We had no issue, so we didn’t need to communicate with Jason. Directions were very simple and clear for coming and going. It was a pleasure as we visited with family. We will book again.

Such a lovely stay! A nice, clean, spacious and centrally located spot! The bed is a very comfortable King with a treetop view. The kitchen was well equipped and super tidy. The place is attached to an additional rental property but I never heard the neighbors. Also, being able have use the garage was a bonus given the driveway is on an incline. Loved Bend so I’ll be back and would definitely stay here again!

The size, location and amenities was perfect for me and my daughter for my one week stay in Bend. I arrived later than I planned and after dark which made finding the service door entrance a little challenging. I gave the Uber driver the address for the property instead of using the google map provided. Also, could have used a couple more dish towels.

The property was as described and the bed was so cozy. The only thing that needed attention was the outside lights by the door entrance had burnt out light bulbs abd it was really dark to see to open the door. Otherwise the property was beautiful and great!

Very nicely located, a short and cheap uber ride to the downtown area. Very quiet, super spacious overall a Must place to consider.. only wish we had more time to stay in bend and explore! Thanks again we will be back 😎

We were so glad to be in a house setting in a quiet neighborhood rather than a hotel! Would've prefered not to have the stand alone air condtioners, they were noisy. Comfortable bed. Walked down to Bruno's Pizza 2 blks away - Very yummy! Short drive to Old Mill Dist for concert. Overall experience was pleasant.

We were in Bend for the weekend. Jason was very responsive and the accommodation was as described. Very comfortable and clean and well equipped. Although the neighborhood is a bit tired it is in a safe location and is a short drive to downtown. Would definitely stay there again

Home was generally what we expected, loved having the garage to park. Cleaners need to be talked to as we found multiple places where there there needs to be more care taken. Carpet is getting close to needing replaced, but wasn’t dirty. Shower was nice and hot. Overall a good stay.
