Tamarack 8 is a classic family home for all your Sunriver Adventures! This 3 Bedroom/2 Bath home sleeps 8 with a set of bunkbeds. The other 2 bedrooms have King beds. The upstairs Loft Primary has its own En Suite. With A/C and SHARC passes, this Dog Friendly home is your pass to a wonderful Sunriver Stay!
Main Level: Kitchen, Living, Two Bedrooms, Full Bath, Hot Tub, Laundry, Garage
Kitchen:
As mentioned, The Kitchen is under renovation. The range is gas, and the peninsula seats 3 at the counter. We will post photos once the renovation is complete.
Living:
The Living room boasts a gas fireplace and large windows for wonderful natural light. Tamarack 8 is great for easy conversation or a family movie night.
Dining:
The Dining area seats 8, and a game and book library is within reach. The sliding glass door gives quick access to the deck and gas BBQ, so your grill master can hand you your food hot and ready! Eat your homecooked meal and then play your favorite family game.
Bedrooms:
There are two bedrooms downstairs, plus the Laundry closet and a full Hall Bath.
Bedroom 1: The bedroom to the left has a King bed, a TV with two windows, a dresser, a closet, and two nightstands, each with a lamp.
Bedroom 2: Down the hall is the second bedroom with 2 sets of Bunkbeds, a dresser, a nightstand, a closet, a TV, and two windows.
Hall Bath: The Full bath between the two bedrooms has a Shower/Tub combo and a single sink vanity.
The Back Deck:
The back deck offers outdoor relaxation at its finest. The private Hot Tub, gas BBQ, and dining space make Summer evenings a treat.
Level 2: Primary with En Suite
Upstairs is a private retreat hosting the Primary Bedroom and an En Suite. The King bed sits under the vaulted wood ceiling with a beautiful exposed beam. Two nightstands, a TV, and a dresser round out the room. The En Suite has a single sink vanity with a large mirror and a Shower/Tub combo with an optional handheld shower head.
Recreation Plus (SHARC) Passes:
This home includes 8 RPP Cards (Recreation Plus Passes). RPP Cards Include access to SHARC pools, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Boat Launch, and Disc Golf. *The Homeowners Association operates all RPP amenities and are subject to unforeseen closure or unavailability.
*All items within the homes are inspected periodically. Items such as bicycles at homes are to be used at guests' personal risk. Such items are to be inspected by the guest prior to use. Guests are to report any needed repairs to such items. Cascara is not liable for and does not guarantee the quality, functionality, or safety of bikes or other items provided at the property.
Pet Policy:
This home allows dogs only; no exceptions will be made. The $20 per night, per pet fee must be paid prior to your arrival. Contact Cascara with any questions.
Guest Verification:
As a security measure for you and our owners, we will send you a Verification Request after you book a reservation via our partner, Guest Ranger. Please complete it as soon as possible so we can verify your stay. If we cannot verify your stay, we may cancel your reservation.
Smoking Policy:
All Cascara Vacation properties do not permit smoking inside the vacation homes or condos. See our Terms and Conditions for the full Cascara and Sunriver No-Smoking policies.
Booking Channel Guests:
For simplicity's sake, we have combined all fees into a single group for any time you book with us but not on our site. That group can include Cleaning, Resort Fee, Card Processing, and Hot Tub maintenance (all when applicable). The Service Fee is the booking site's fee, not ours.
