Condo 309/310 is a stunningly remodeled condo here at Bend Riverside Rentals, which we have named 'Deschutes Trail Mix." This condo went through an extensive head to toe remodel and is now ready to host travelers! It can sleep up to six guests, has a full kitchen, two full bathrooms, a washer and dryer, a private patio and comes with access to our indoor heated pool and hot tub! This condo is also pet friendly! Bring up to two pets for an additional fee.



The Space:

Condo 309/310 is a stunningly remodeled condo here at Bend Riverside Rentals, which we have named 'Deschutes Trail Mix." This condo went through an extensive head to toe remodel in winter of 2024 and is now ready to host travelers, so come and make some memories! Located on the second floor, up to six guests can stay here so feel free to bring the whole crew!



The living room has a queen sized murphy bed, a queen sized pullout couch, a 55" smart TV with streaming apps built in, and a fireplace for those colder evenings. Connected to the living room is the beautifully stocked kitchen which features all of the modern appliances; fridge/freezer combo, a four burner range oven, microwave, coffee pot and a dishwasher! No need to bring any dishes or cookware because we've made sure to equip the kitchen with everything you might need to cook all of your favorite recipes!



Right off the kitchen is one of two bathrooms, which has a shower/tub combo so you can relax with a soothing bubble bath at night! Need to do some laundry during your stay? This is one of the few rentals in the building that has a private washer and dryer right inside the condo! There is also a laundry room right downstairs, in case you would like to do multiple loads at once.



The bedroom boasts a brand new king sized bed as well as a second bathroom with a walk in shower which has a gorgeous rock flooring. The owners have also added a desk for those who need to get a little work done during their time here!



The condo itself is beautiful but the best part is the location! Perched along the banks of the Deschutes River, a sliding glass door provides an incredible view of the rushing river. Enjoy an evening cocktail from the private patio as you watch the sun go down over the water. The Deschutes River Trail runs along the backside of our property, taking you on a pleasant 10 minute walk along the right and leads right into the heart of downtown Bend! Can't forget about our indoor heated pool and hot tub, which are open daily from 9am-10pm!



Guest Access:

Guests get exclusive use of the condo. There is a laundry room on the property, which is open from 9am-7pm daily, same goes as the pool.

Getting Around:

You are on the edge of downtown Bend, so once you get here you don't necessarily need to use your car. Everything you need is in walking distance.



Interaction with Guests:

This is a staffed property. We work out of an office at the entrance to the property. If you don't need us, you won't even see us. But we're here in case you need anything from us.
