this is a really nice house with great amenities. It's location is perfect for exploring Bend and the surrounding area. Though the home is nice, it has one flaw. They have the tankless water heater installed in the laundry room. These are loud when someone draws hot water. It is so loud you can't hear each other talk in the main room, and need to close the laundry door. And it is still loud after that, just more manageable. This unfortunately detracts from an otherwise awesome rental. On the property manager side I had an issue. I sent a message ahead of time asking if there was an outlet near the front of the house to top off charging my electric vehicle. They responded that they would check for me and get back. And they didn't follow up and dropped it. I own two rentals and use a PM and so well aware this is not good customer service. They need to follow up or clarify requests, even small ones.

Very easy check-in process and the home was clean with plenty of room to spread out. We saw deer each morning from the deck, which was a pleasant surprise. Newport Avenue Market is close enough to walk to. The air-conditioning was very efficient and there were ceiling fans in every room, so keeping the place cool was easy. Quiet neighborhood. I would highly recommend booking this home.

Great location, easy walking/biking distance to Westside and downtown, close to trails and everything Bend has to offer. Check in was easy, host was very responsive and addressed minor issues quickly (for example, the coffee grinder wasn't working and a new one was on our doorstep within a couple hours). Great set up for our group. Would definitely stay again!
