The house was perfect. It was clean and spacious and felt modern. The beds were all very comfortable with memory foam mattress toppers. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The house looked out into a beautiful open field. The hot tub was very clean and well taken care of. The kitchen came stocked with basic spices and paper towels, which we alway appreciate. The pilot light on the fireplace went out unexpectedly at one point, and the hosts were very kind and did what they could to help us reignite it. We eventually got it working and it was no big deal. Communication with the hosts was always very easy and efficient. Overall the layout, amenities and general experience were top notch.

The property itself was very nice. However, one of the main reasons for renting this particular property was because of the amenity of golf. It turns out you can’t play at the Sun River course unless you rent directly from the resort, therefore there was no amenity. Also, when I called to ask about how to get the air conditioning to work, I was informed that air-conditioning was not an amenity listed and did not exist. It never in my wildest dreams occurred to me that there wouldn’t be air-conditioning in a unit in the desert! It’s definitely not a place you would want to stay in July August!Also, the grill was in very poor shape and took almost an hour to grill my hotdog, again, not acceptable. Finally, the bathroom in the master bedroom is dangerous. There’s a large soaking tub that also includes a shower. It is enclosed with sliding doors. It’s a high reached to get over the tub into the shower and for an older person extremely dangerous. The sliding doors don’t open wide enough to be able to sit down and turn into the tub or shower. Again, the property was beautiful, but in my opinion was oversold.

Sunriver fun

Rented unit without a working refrigerator!!

The property was good as was the location but the homeowners rented out their unit for 5 nights without a working refrigerator. They knew in advance that the refrigerator was not working and still rented it at full price and were absolutely worthless about fixing it or coming up with a solution for us. The management company, iTrip Northwest, was no better.Renter beware!!!!

What a lovely home. Quiet neighborhood, nicely appointed home in a great location. We felt comfortable, and at home during our stay.

Great stay

Our family of five adults and two dogs were lucky to arrive at the start of a big snowfall. We settled in and enjoyed the snowy view across the golf course. We walked daily, and to the grocery store several times, but generally just cozied by the two sided gas fireplace. Unfortunately the fireplace stopped working after 2 days. The pilot light would turn on but The fire wouldn’t ignite. We called itrips and they had someone come over pretty much right away. That fixed the problem temporarily but the fireplace turned itself off and wouldn’t reignite. This was a pretty big disappointment as a fireplace was a feature we looked for when booking. However, we realize that sometimes things happen that can’t be planned for & fireplace repair people are booked out a couple weeks. I would book this property again if there were reassurances that the fireplace was working properly & there would be a refund if not.This property was very comfortable for five adults. Anymore adults and the living area seating would have been elbow to elbow. We loved the well-maintained hot tub. The home heating was very comfortable. The kitchen was standard vacation rental style. We had a grest time and do recommend 5 Eaglewood.

Tucked in Neighborhood

Loved the location, semi-private pool, and trail running right alongside the beautiful golf course view. The parking can be tricky, the full-time residents of the neighborhood keep their cars parked in all the guest parking so you’re forced to park on the other side but when the weather is nice it’s just more time in the beautiful outdoors. We love Sunriver!

Excellent location for everyone in the family

First time staying in Sunriver. Definitely will be coming back. Amazing location for the golfing enthusiasts, families who enjoy to go on walks/hikes, take their dog for a walk, nature walks or bike rides. Only negative remarks are the fireplace did not work and a couple of the window shades were broke.

Enjoyable

We enjoyed our stay at this Eaglewood townhome in Woodlands. The home was very clean and comfortable and the furnishings were very nice. The pictures are very accurate. Check in was super easy as was checkout. The master bedroom is huge and really nice. The kitchen is well stocked. Make sure to inquire about patio furniture on the back deck as it is not clear in the photo. We were provided patio furniture after asking and it allowed us to enjoy mornings and evenings on the deck with coffee and wine watching the bikes and golfers go by. Very nice view.

Great Stay

We came for a wedding and this house was in a great location for all of the activities we attended. Very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Host was very responsive. Would stay here again!

Pleasant family time

This is the second time we have stayed at this townhome. We utilized as many of the recreational options as possible in a weekend. Walking paths for walking our dog or riding bikes. The pool was delightful. No one but us used it. We barbecued each night. Bedrooms were comfortable. Only negative was a non functional garbage disposal which we notified property management. We will return.

Thanksgiving 2023

We enjoyed our time together at this clean rental equipped with everything we needed. The accommodations were comfortable and cozy. We didn’t have any luck fishing, but enjoyed walking along Fall Creek. We hiked around Smith Rock and Cline Falls and took home some winter necessities from the Columbia and Eddie Bauer outlets. Our lab enjoyed the walking paths around Sunriver but struggled to resist the geese, deer and elk we saw on the golf course. I’d recommend this rental to my friends!

Beautifully appointed and good location

Beautifully decorated and comfortable. Fun to watch golfers from your deck. Lots of games to play. We enjoyed it a lot. Only two suggestions. It’s advertised as a/c. While the portable unit keeps the downstairs cool, you really need another unit for upstairs. Very hard to sleep when it was so hot and it didn’t cool off til 3 am. The second suggestion is to have some bikes. We have been coming to sunriver for over 30 years and have never stayed at a place with no bikes.

Great spot for friends or family to gather

We stayed 3 nights and a great time. The location is easy to get to and comes with a hot tub and pool close by. All the beds were comfortable and the house was clean with new updates. Would definitely stay again.
