Great spot! Quiet neighborhood and walkable to good breweries and restaurants. Also easy access to Bachelor from town and near a few gear shops for any rental needs. Comfortable and cozy space with any you might need in the kitchen.

This cute little house was perfect for the two of us. It was clean, well appointed, and very cozy. The location of this home is within walking distance of some of our favorite breweries and restaurants, and a lot of new places have popped up that we will have to return to explore.We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Bend.

Perfect location!

This is the perfect little house for two! Very quiet neighborhood, walkable to trails, river, downtown, restaurants. Nicely updated and furnished and incredibly clean. Comfortable bed!! Would highly recommend! Will absolutely stay here again!

Great little house

The accommodations are exactly what I was looking for. I spend most of my time out of my place on vacation doing activities so I don't need a fancy hotel. I loved this spot. Perfect for a single traveler or a couple. Very clean and modern decor. Nice stand up shower with lots of room (which isn't common). Quiet area that is close enough to walk or bike to wherever you need to go. Would definitely stay here again

Perfect cottage for one

I really enjoyed my stay here! It had everything I needed, was in a great part of town and the stay was seamless in terms of the quality of the rental and communication with management. The bathroom with heated floors was amazing, I slept really well in the bed and really enjoyed the fireplace. You won’t be disappointed if you stay here.

Perfect little cottage!

Just as described, Hummingbird Cottage was a perfect place for my husband and me to stay during our visit to Bend. We especially loved the gas fireplace that made chilly evenings warm and cozy. You won’t be disappointed if you stay here!

Perfect location, quiet and super clean

This is a really nice property in an extremely convenient location. Short walk to several breweries and some of the best restaurants. Everything in the property was high quality - the bedding, towels, kitchen appliances and more. Very well appointed and everything worked perfectly. Super nice. Would definitely stay again.

Great little home!

This is a very convenient, close to many restaurants, coffee houses, parks on the west side of Bend… Loved our stay. Loved our little cottage,super clean, super cute, well stocked and super comfy bed and linens! excellent all-around I would give it a five star rating!

Awesome cottage

We frequently travel to Bend and like to stay within walking distance to the downtown/Old Mill District. I usually find a place that is dog friendly but we decided not to bring her this time. During a search I found this cottage. What an outstanding house. The first impression was how clean it was. The kitchen is well stocked with everything that we needed. It has a nice sized kitchen for its size. I liked how there was a stacked washer ,dryer in the bathroom. There is a wall/ceiling AC that is controlled by a thermostat , it really cools the house down, what I really enjoyed was there is a ceiling fan in the bedroom which makes a huge difference keeping the house cool. The neighborhood is extremely quiet at night. Good Life Brewery is a stones throw from the house. It's approx one mile walking distance to the downtown area. We walk pretty much the whole time venturing up to our favorite brewery Crux, so this is a perfect starting point. Overall I would differently recommend this house for a couple, maybe with a small child. There is no backyard which didn't matter to us. Oh, there is parking on the driveway which is nice , I had no problem parking my truck there, Also there is a garage but it is only used for storage, so if you have bikes or kayaks this would work perfect and its controlled by a garage door opener . The only ding that I have, which is small one, is I wish it had a small hotel safe, although I felt the area was very safe it would have been nice to put iPads, keys etc in there when we left for the day.

Fantastic house in Bend

Everything was perfect! Comfortable king size bed, large bathroom with all of the amenities, well stocked kitchen, walk in closet for clothes storage, garage with key pad for bike storage, very clean and the perfect location to walk to restaurants, breweries, shopping or an evening stroll along the river. Loved it, would highly recommend this place.

Perfect for us!

The location was perfect for us! This little house had everything we needed. It was well stocked kitchen for cooking. The bedroom and bed was super comfortable and a big walk-in closet. Bathroom and shower were also great. We did have problems streaming the Netflix (buffering issue) but weren’t really here for watching tv. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Spot

Great neighborhood location in west Bend with easy access to good food and shopping as well getting out of town to the hills. Property is extremely clean and very well taken care of. As a couple who are in Bend often due to family visits/obligations, we've been looking for the right spot to occasionally stay at when not wanting to stay with family, and this is that place. Glad we found it.

Perfect location

We enjoyed our stay. The house was nice and cozy. Perfect size for the two of us. Only feedback is if you want to watch TV you have to use a DVD to log onto your streaming apps and there is allot of latency. Other then that it was a a great stay.

Quiet area but close enough to walk everywhere. Very cute property recently renovated. Clean, comfortable and perfect for a couple. Everything you need for a wonderful stay. King bed is comfortable and the gas fireplace warmed up the living area. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Bend.

Nice location with walking distance to the river, amphitheater, and reasonably priced restaurants. New appliances, well appointed, and good kitchen supplies to cook meals. The only thing missing was ESPN on the TV. Bring your ID and password for accessing streaming services. I forgot mine.

Comfortable, clean and close to everything!!

We really enjoyed our stay. This little house was well appointed, clean and quiet. The king size bed was comfortable!!!! Close proximity to town, coffee and bike shops!! Thanks for providing this great neighborhood space!!
