Description:
Welcome to Big Leaf 4, also known as the Des Ka Hoot Es (Deschutes) Chalet. This one-level home offers space to spread out both inside and outside. It has three Bedrooms, two Living Areas, a Hot Tub on the deck, Ping-Pong, and bikes in the garage.
Living Room:
Straight ahead from the entry is the Living room with a gas fireplace, a Couch, and a Love Seat for morning coffee and evening chats.
Family Room:
The Family room has French doors that keep the TV volume down while your favorite movie or show is playing. It also has a wet bar, wine fridge, deck access, giant Connect Four, a couch, and a love seat. This is the hangout spot.
Kitchen:
Stainless Steel appliances grace this U-shaped kitchen with four seats at the counter. A full pantry plus plenty of cabinet space provides your cook with the area just right for all your meal preparation needs.
Garage:
The garage has a Ping-Pong table with all the necessary accoutrements for your own tournament. Plus, there are a variety of bikes to take out on the trails. Unfortunately, with all this fun in the garage, there is no room to park a vehicle.
Bedroom 1:
The Primary Bedroom features a King Bed, TV, Hot Tub Access, and an En Suite. The En Suite has an open vanity, private shower, and walk-in closet.
Bedroom 2:
The second Bedroom boasts a Queen bed, a Bunkbed, and a TV. It is attached to the Vanity and Jack and Jill Shower/Tub. Set the little ones in their own private hangout for an even quieter evening.
Bedroom 3:
The final bedroom also connects to its own vanity as well as the Jack and Jill shower/tub, and it houses a double bed.
Recreation Plus (SHARC) Passes: This home includes 8 RPP (SHARC) Passes to include access to SHARC, Tennis courts, Pickleball courts, Disc Golf course and Boat Launch.
Pet Policy
This home allows one dog. The pet fee is $20 per night stayed. Pets not declared or overcrowding can lead to extra charges or even eviction without refund. Please see our Terms and Conditions for all the information.
I.D Verification: After you book a reservation, as a security measure for you and our owners, we will be sending you a Verification Request via our partner, Guest Ranger. Please complete it as soon as possible so we can verify your stay. If we cannot verify your stay, we may cancel your reservation.
Smoking Policy

Booking Channel Guests:
Any time you book with us, but not on our site, for simplicity's sake, we have combined all fees into a single group. That group can include Cleaning, Resort Fee, Card Processing, and Hot Tub maintenance (all when applicable). The Service Fee is the booking site's fee, not ours.
