The apartment is located in the ultra-modern complex "The Hill Collection" in Reserva del Higueron, Fuengirola. The holiday apartmentThe modern apartment is designed to create the best possible Mediterranean lifestyle and is built in a modern and luxurious style. It consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is tastefully decorated according to the latest trends. It has air conditioning (hot/cold), a fully equipped kitchen, free WiFi via fiber optic and a flat-screen TV with international channels via IPTV. The spacious south-facing terrace, with luxurious terrace furniture and 2 sunbeds, offers breathtaking views of the coast. There are 2 parking spaces available in the underground garage. There is an elevator from the garage to the apartment. Resort the Hill CollectionThe Hill Collection is a brand new luxury and modern resort built to a very high standard. It is located 1.5 kilometers from the beach in Reserva Del Higueron, one of the most prestigious urbanizations in Fuengirola with 24-hour security. The Hill Collection features subtropical gardens with a total of 4 swimming pools and luxurious modern apartments, designed and furnished with an eye for detail. The resort offers everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing holiday, including spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea and the Mijas mountains. Within the urbanization, at 350 meters from the apartment, you will find the Nagomi Spa and sports center Reserva del Higueron. Here you can enjoy (for a fee) tennis, paddle, spinning, wellness spa, gym, massage and indoor and outdoor swimming pool. Here you also find a hairdresser and restaurants, including the famous restaurant with Michelin star "SOLLO" with chef Diego Callegos. Also at 1.3 km, you will find the commercial center with a supermarket and several restaurants and bars. The resort is located 1.5 km from the beach of Carvajal. A (free) train runs over the resort to the beach and the supermarket. From Carvajal beach, you can also take the metro/train to the center of Fuengirola or Málaga. The boulevard and beaches of Fuengirola are 3 km from the apartment.

BedroomsThere are two bedrooms, both with plenty of closet space and air conditioning/heating. The master bedroom has a double bed of 180 X 200, an en-suite bathroom, and sliding doors to the terrace. The second bedroom has 2 single beds of 90 X 200 which can be placed together. A high chair and a cot are available on request.


BathroomsTwo bathrooms. The main bathroom has a bath, a closet with a sink, a toilet, and a hairdryer. The second bathroom has a shower, a sink, and a toilet.


TerraceVery spacious, sunny and partially covered terrace facing south. There is a terrace table with 4 chairs, lounge-set and 2 sunbeds. The terrace offers panoramic views over the coast.
