This property is perfect for 2 adults. Easy walk to the beach. An energetic walk up the hill to the shops. We enjoyed this wonderful town so much. Be sure to wander off the beaten path to take in some great cafes and shops

Excellant apartment with recent refurbishment. Fully fiitted kitchen, great for just breakfast or fully eating in - so close to bars and restaurants though we did not make full use of this. Great location for walking, beaches and public transport. Would fully recommend and hope to use again!!!

Not bad

The apartment was fine everything you needed in the kitchen was there and you could get BBC 1 and 2 on the television so that was a bonus. The negative side was only one set of sheets and two bath towels and we stayed for 18 days so you had to wash them and hoped they were dry by the end of the day. The apartment could do with a fresh paint job and the leather arm chair had quite a big tear on it and looked like it had been repaired but was pulling apart again so we never used it. The apartment was run by a company called Luna homes and when I got in touch with them about access to the apartment they asked me to pay in full to which I told them it had been paid for last year so after checking they said ok but then wanted a booking fee and 300 euro damage deposit and again that was already covered through Vybo. I contacted Vybo who told me to pay them nothing. Also to get access to the key I had to go on line and sign the luna homes contract plus enter personal details for all guests then upload a copy of our passports and finally a selfie of each guest and sign it.?? so to be honest it's too much hassle to stay there again. One more thing the banging of the apartment doors and people talking in the corridors as it really echoed so it's certainly isn't a relaxing place to stay.

Bel endroit très bien localisé dans la ville

Accueil difficile, personne n'est là... L’appartement n’est pas aussi beau que les photos présentées. Les murs ont besoin d'être repeints, les chaises de plage sont déchirées, les coussins du mobilier extérieurs sont usés et pas très propres. Le lit est confortable mais le drap housse est éventé donc combat durant la nuit pour le remettre en place. Le propriétaire avait mis un sachet avec une très petite quantité de savon vaisselle, 1 éponge et un torchon pour 15 jours. Aucun produit nettoyant pour laver durant notre séjour. Il y a aussi un odeur d’égout assez prononcé dans la salle de bain. L’emplacement est très bien par contre, la plage est près et les restaurants sont très bons. Nous ne retournerons pas à cet endroit.

Un appartement agréable dans un petit coin de nature exotique

L'appartement est confortable, bien décoré. La vue sur le parc et les montagnes est magnifique. Au printemps, le parc aquatique est assez tranquille. Le parc municipal La Paloma à l'arrière du Resort est un plus. La plage est à proximité. Maintenant des suggestions pour améliorer le séjour (surtout quand on séjourne à plus long terme). Repeindre les murs qui sont vraiment défraichis car l'appartement est très bien décoré et confortable mais manque d'amour. Pour améliorer l'équipement du condo, ajouter de la lingerie (serviettes de bain, débarbouillettes, linges de vaisselle et torchon. Remplacer les chaises de plage. Remplacer les coussins des chaises de patio. Ajouter plus de supports à linge. Fournir quelques produits d'entretien afin d'encourager le maintien à la propreté. Ajouter un isolant autour du cadre de la porte principale afin d'éviter les courants d'air et le bruit des corridors. Ces suggestions se veulent constructives. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié dans l'ensemble.

Beau séjour

L'appartement est fidèle aux photos du site. Toutes les commodités y sont. Petits restos, beau parc, autobus, plage à proximité, Rien à dire du gestionnaire, il répondait à nos courriels assez rapidement. Par contre, lors de notre arrivée nous devions consulter nos courriels pour prendre possession des clés. Petit problème: pas de wifi. Nous nous sommes adressés à la personne à la réception (un homme d'une quarantaine d'année qui parle français) qui n'avait aucune intention de nous faciliter la vie et nous disait d'aller ici et là pour avoir du wifi, sachant très bien qu'il n'y en avait pas. Je pourrais même dire qu'il était à la limite arrogant. Pourtant, on voyait bien sur nos téléphones que le Benalbeach a un wifi. Aucune collaboration de sa part. (C'est pas lui qui serait élu l'employé du mois) Nous avons attendu et un autre employé, plus jeune, nous a aidé et nous avons pu accès à nos courriels et à l'appartement. Pour le reste, nous avons eu un beau séjour . Après 3 semaines, nous y étions comme chez nous.

good location

very nice apartment located on a great complex close to all amenities, only 5 minutes walk to the beach and promenade and a leisurely 15 minute stroll to the Harbour. we will definately stop there if we visit Benalmadena again. Steve

location not as good as i thought it would be

very nice apartment couple of points do not know if you have been informed but taps in kitchen very loose felt they would come of at any time the water system you advertised did not work. A small shelf in the bathroom would be very handy

Schöne modernahgerichtet Wohnung, gute Lage, alles nötige dabei.

Wir hatten im Oktober Urlaub und das war wirklich traumhaft! Dieser Appartement ist modern und mit Liebe angerichtet. Was selten ist, sehr gute Betten. Alles mögliche ist vor Hand. Der Gastgeber hat um alles gedacht- Strandsessel; Sonnenschirm...Die Lage ist auch sehr gut, Schwimmbad, kleines Geschäft im Haus, Innenhofgarten, sehr sauber - alles ist gut organisiert. Vielen Dank! Nächstes Jahr gerne wieder!

Beautiful apartment!

The apartment has everything that you can ask for especially very good internet connection and air conditioning that was very important for us The apartment is about 10 min walk from the beach The owner Marcel is a very nice guy, easy to reach The only reason why I did not give 5 star rating is for the parking situation If you are not planning of having a car, you will be perfectly fine, but if you rent a car, be aware that there are not parking spots available inside the property The ability to find a spot in the outside street it will depend on the period you go; we were there the first 2 weeks of September and the first week was a nightmare to find parking but the second week there was much more availability So if you go during high season, July and August, go without a car! The location is very good, close to the paseo marittimo, a nice strip next to the beach with one restaurant after the other We tried many of them but the one we preferred the most was La Sirena Hope you will have a great vacation as we did!!

Merveilleusement bien rénové

Les photos rendent justice à l'appartement qui a été rénové avec soin et est fort bien équipé. C'est pourquoi il semble très différent des autres appartements du complexe de Benal Beach. Ce complexe se situe au centre de Benalmadena avec plusieurs restaurants intéressants au voisinage. L'appartement est au troisième étage et donne autant sur les piscines que sur les jardins du complexe. Le parc Paloma est visible à travers les arbres. Un auvent est aussi fort utile pour profiter d'un bon apéro au soleil de la fin de la journée. Nous y avons séjourné pendant trois semaines au début d'octobre alors qu'une partie des glissades ne sont pas en fonction, ce qui assure un climat probablement plus paisible qu'au coeur de la saison d'été, tout en permettant de profiter agréablement des piscines. À cet période aussi, le stationnement sur le complexe était facile, ce qui était important pour nous. L'accueil du propriétaire fut aussi très chaleureux, même si une erreur de communication a retardé d'une heure notre rencontre avec lui à notre arrivée. En somme un agréable séjour.
