A localização e a rapidez da portaria foram excelentes, agora o quarto era muito apertado, o espaço entre a cama e a parede da frente era menos de 30cm. As mesas de cabeceira estavam quebradas, só havia dois cabides. Instalações elétricas com fiação exposta. A arrumadeira adentrou o quarto sem bater na porta, quando eu estava no banho.

Pessima experiencia, não retorno!

Hotel terrível Cartão desmagnetiza toda hora. Fui à recepção umas 10 vezes pra resolver isso em 2 dias. Atendimento desleixado. Antendimento precário

Cheguei Quarta vespera de feriado por volta das 23:25min. Porém um caos, fila demorada para fazer check in aguardei mais de 30 TRINTA minutos e todos reclamando indignados. Pobre coitado dos 2 funcionários que dependem disso para sobreviver. Outros 2 computadores vazios sem funcionários. Reparei que em vários dias durante minha estadia a mesma fila até maior. Hotel perde reputação assim, e, por conseguinte, perde lucratividade com essa economia em detrimento do cliente hospede.

Low cost e confortável

Utilizei apenas uma diaria em um bate volta, estávamos eu e minha namorada. A localizacao do hotel é boa, o atendimento também. É uma opção confortável mas simples, para poucos dias ou para um valor menor de diária, é ótimo. Entretanto se quer mais comodidade e espaço melhor optar pelo ibis "normal".

Primeiro cheguei hotel às 10:00 e a recepção me disse q as 10:30/11:00 liberaria quarto. Fiquei esperando até 11:30, quando a outra recepcionista me disse q só 13:00. Justo mas interessante seria todos com a mesma conversa pq não havia pedido nada. Café da manhã básico do básico do básico pão pão de queijo q sempre acaba , queijo presunto fruta nada diferente. 3 dias q fiquei mesma coisa sem variedade. Quarto não sei se pelo q reservei aqui ou o q houve fiquei num de cadeirante. 1074. Péssimo ar condicionado ruim barulhento , cabeceira torta não dando pra colocar nada em cima q caia no chão. Limpeza ok Só disponibilizam sabonete. Não colocam shampoo tive q comprar no hotel e paguei 70,00 em shampoo e condicionador achei absurdo Fora isso em frente ao hotel tem um boteco q fica 24 horas lá tem preços justos Check in demorado 2 pessoas atendendo Hotel cheio elevador demorando pela lotação Checkout ok só deixar a chave numa caixinha na recepção zero problemas Como quis hotel só pra dormir pq iria passear dia todo achei ok Se pensam em conforto esqueçam Ah fica segurança na porta 24 horas isso achei bem interessante Não provei jantar nem almoço não posso opinar
