"Disappointed, This is a property we stay at often. I choose this hotel because I'm older woman with arthritis and and when traveling I always book a hotel with a hot tub to ease my body before bed. After our arrival and getting settled in our room I went to the pool area and stepped into the spa tub to find it ice cold. I reported it to the main desk and the clerk said he would report it. The next morning I inquired again and the girl at the desk shrugged and said she had no idea when it would be fixed. Not even an apology. We were there three nights and no repairs were started. This is the second time this has happened and upon check out I noticed the bill was higher than it stated on my receipt from Expedia. I asked the desk which was correct and she didn't know. I asked who was charging my credit card, the hotel or Expedia, she still didn't know and said call Expedia. For the first time here I unhappy with our stay."
