"No dinner service because it was a weekend. Came down for breakfast around 7:30-8:00 and every table had dirty dishes on it, while staff were just hanging out at the front desk. I had to bus a table myself then scramble around looking for clean dishes to eat on. Noticed staff pointing at me and talking about me rather than helping me. Worst service I had my entire 3 week trip to 3 countries."

Une fois arrivĆ© au Mercure 4*ā€¦ TĆ©lĆ©vision qui ne fonctionne pas, plus de place sur le parking Ć  20:30, pas de gel douche dans la SDBā€¦ pour un surclassement en 4 Ć©toilesā€¦ cā€™est limiteā€¦ trĆØs limite. "We visited for a weekend from the UK to attend a wedding in the area. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and we arrived to find that our two twin rooms and had been changed to a family suite, which was perfect for our needs. Lovely breakfast and everything spotlessly clean. Air con was much appreciated during a very hot weekend. The only disappointment was that the pool was dirty and poorly maintained - I wasnā€™t even sure if it was open, the condition was so poor, with murky cloudy water. Our kids were a bit disappointed as they had been looking forward to it. Otherwise everything else was excellent."
