"This was the worst experience I have had! We arrived and apparently they had been trying to get a hold of us, even though they should have cancelled via Expedia booking. We arrived at 9:00pm just to be told our reservation had been cancelled due to over capacity, but we booked 4-6 weeks prior to arriving so they shouldn’t have confirmed our reservation at that time if they were at capacity. Also my partner and his father got two other reasons why they had to cancel: 1) the rooms were not cleaned...

"Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel. Nous sommes arrivés vers 23h30, la personne a la réception n'était pas vêtue de manière professionnelle et manquait de courtoisie, pas du tout souriante et on paressait presque la déranger. L'entrée de l'hôtel, les corridors et la salle a manger sont endommagés et mal entretenus. Le petit déjeuner est très basic avec du pain tranché, des bagel de mauvaise qualité et des petits cups de confiture. Seul réconfort, quelques yogourt (le 1er matin) et du gruau en...
