Great stay with family pet

We were traveling for the first time ever with our family cat, which we confirmed ahead of time with the hotel. The hotel had a clean kitty litter box already set up in the room, along with a pet bed and food and water dishes. This was a very nice touch and made our stay so much easier. The staff was very thoughtful and customer service oriented. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel with modern room

The room we got was very nice with well working aircondition, big rain shower and nice bed. The only thing that could be a bit better is the breakfast. Most thing you expect was there but the warm food could be served hotter. The things that was served was different the 4 breakfast we had. For instance bacon only was served once

Happy with my stay, would visit again

I arrived early but was able to check-in without any problems. Quick service, staff very friendly and helpful. Nice sweets on the counter :) The room was big, airy and smelt really pleasant. Nice sized bathroom. The bed was comfortable but my only complaint was that all the pillows were too firm. I asked reception for softer pillows and they were provided without question. I also stayed in room 206 but as there was no rain, I can't comment if the window ledge complaint in a previous review has been resolved. Close the window at night if you want to avoid early morning traffic noise. I prefer to sleep in total darkness but unfortunately, there were some items that emit light in the room - TV on standby and most strongly, the air-con controller on the wall. I bring black electrician's tape with me now so I can cover them up during my stay - top tip! Remove them before I leave. Hotel location really convenient with everything within walking distance. Tram stop outside as in the photo served by tram route 2 which loops the city to all the key sites. There's an 'Idea' supermarket opposite. City bus station also just around the corner which is where the airport buses (A1 & 72) terminate. The breakfast was nice enough but just the minimum offerings; cereals, range of eggs, warm/cold meats, cheese, grilled veg etc. Convenient when included in the price. Overall, pleasant experience for my first time in Belgrade. I was happy with my stay; pillow issues were quickly sorted.
