「Property was in a great location for the area. However, it was not well kept (neither was it recently renovated), it was untidy when we arrived (including damp towels on the radiators) and not as clean as we would have expected. The bathroom was very dark (black tiles) and contained no soap other than a half used cake (all the liquid soap dispensers were empty). Sheets were well worn and, we suspect, had been poorly washed and aired before we arrived - as a result, we went out and purchased new...
