"Got there two hours after check-in but had to wait for room to be cleaned. Staff was friendly. Well lit parking lot. They had one elevator working with a full house. Not very soundproof. Stayed 3 nights and only got housekeeping once. Bathroom door was hard to lock .Had a nice walk in shower. Comfortable bed. Variety of food for breakfast but had the same thing every day.I expected a little bit more for the price I paid. Some what disappointed."

"We stayed in 5 hotels during our stay in Washington state. Kulshan hotel is the best. Great room, great beds, clean, shower and bathroom were great. Also, the cheapest we paid. I was looking forward each night to come back and relax after all day of sightseeing and activities. Free breakfast was good. The only thing though was the night shift male employee was not friendly at all. It would be nice for him to smile and greet the guests."

"When I walked into the room this overwhelming smell of wet dog blasts you in the face. I went and bought plug-in air freshener. Let them run for an hour. Didn't help. So I switched rooms after noticing burn holes in the blankets. The next room was just as bad. But I bought q bottle of febreeze this time and used half the bottle to mask that other smell."
