"Down East day trip locale perfected! Bring your whole family and rent all three suites. The hosts have accomplished absolute magic in their herculean efforts to make this building a draw for the town. They succeeded wildly, with only a few new-lodging quirks to work out. The design is just enough, with subtle details somehow receding into the character of the moment rather than feeling obvious and cliché. We have been waiting for years to see what might be accomplished here, with not high hopes....

"The house and surrounding were very nice. Exactly as described and had some nice touches left by the management company- extra soap, laundry pods, doggie poop bags. The only concerns were that the keypad on the door was temperamental and didn’t work our entire visit (thankfully there was a key in a lockbox so we could get inside when it was cold and raining) and there were several dishes put away dirty. "We booked this over a year ago before our wedding and the host was very quick at responding and answering our questions. The groomsmen and their dates and my family loved it! This is a great location for it all, one thing to be aware, we had it in June and it was perfect weather to have windows open. There is no AC but only AC units in some rooms if needed. "Four humans and one dog stayed at the BRH while in town for a canoe race! The house was welcoming and perfectly clean. Plenty of towels, blankets and a kitchen stocked with appliances that we cooked in. Nice neighborhood for dog walks and easy to get to grocery stores! Check in and out process was seamless and everything was accurately represented! Would certainly highly recommend!!"
