A quiet, elegant Edwardian (1920s) home in North Belfast. Just a short walk to Waterworks Park, Cliftonville FC, and near Belfast Zoo and Cave Hill. The city centre is 20 minutes on foot — close enough to reach easily, far enough to leave the noise behind. Set on a peaceful street with coffee shops nearby and a golf club at the end of the road, the house offers a warm, homely feel, an open fireplace, space to read, and a calm place to return to after exploring.

This is a traditional Edwardian townhouse located on a quiet residential street in North Belfast. The house has been carefully restored to retain its original character, with high ceilings, period details, and timber floors throughout.

Guests have access to the entire property, which includes:

A front sitting room with an open fireplace, high ceilings, and classic furnishings

A second reception room functioning as a library and reading space, with a large bookshelf and soft natural light

A separate dining room off the kitchen

A fully equipped kitchen with cooker, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer, and all essential cookware

Please note: there is no television or microwave — this space is designed to be slower and more focused on comfort, conversation, and rest

Close to all of Belfast’s Attractions

Spacious house in a nice street. Liked the library area for sitting in which was comfortable and light. Bedroom was tastefully decorated and the mattress was good. Doesn’t have a TV or microwave, but that didn’t bother us. There was no tea towel or hand towel and unfortunately the backyard was unkempt and didn’t have a table which would have been nice to sit at as the weather was good. There are stairs up to the bedrooms and bathroom, so if you struggle with stairs it might be an issue.
