"Beautiful old hotel right in the heart of the city. Comfortable lobby with complimentary cocktail hour. Breakfast in the lobby was lovely. Parking right on site. Our suite in a converted house behind the hotel was very large with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, etc.. We could have lived there. Wonderful restaurants nearby."

"An average stay at the hotel. The room was large and bed was comfortable, however hot water from the shower was iffy as was room cleaning. We stayed for 8 days and only had hot showers half the time and our room was only cleaned 2 times once without changing the sheets. Lots of staff but not overly helpful and had a few times with a language barrier not speaking English or French. The hotel did have a large pool (no hot tub) and free breakfast two positives food was ok but not a huge selection ( same scrambled eegs sausage and toast every day) Good location for driving but not walkable to the downtown core. I would highly recommend PEI and Charlestown as a place to visit and this hotel for a young family with kids for a few days max."

"Hotel and rooms were very cleaned and smelled cleaned. So close to everything, we pacrked our car or the 2 days we were there and walked everywhere we wanted to go. Stay was very friendly. Would definitely stay there again."

"This was a perfect place to stay. The property is well located and easy to park at. The breakfast is super amazing and delicious. Every day is a new feature dish. The room is comfortable and clean. I will absolutely be back."
