Food quality and choice is absolutely overwhelming. There's only 3 hours out of 24 where there's no food available at any place. The club offers countless activities, lessons, surprises etc. If you think it's boring at Masmavi then I believe nobody can help you. The interior of the rooms is not latest style, but it's kept in a good condition. Air condition can be set to a certain degree and works well.

Beautiful area, wonderful beach and all the staff was exceptional - helpful and happy !! Would be nice if there was a ramp or deck at the beach to assist getting into the water We had a fantastic time - a great beach vacation !! The main restaurant had an amazing selection of buffet items - excellent and delicious

This was decent but not the best, there were too many kids there and although there was a lot of food available most of it was not good quality, overall I do not regret staying here but I personally would not book here again. I like luxury and this is very far off that, including the beds and bedroom.

As an all inclusive resort I enjoyed the stay i had no major issues what so ever check in check out was super fast food they had almost everything the resort was full of tourists from almost every corner of Europe. I would stay again no doubt nice entertainment program. Only downside is coffee beans used for the available machines at the resort didn’t suit my test very minor issue.

Lovely resort, Lagoon position wit access to a pool was brilliant. Amazingly no trouble getting sunbeds when we wanted them which was a real surprise! Only downside was using 'app' to book ala carte restaurants and sports facilities which was sometimes a challenge before becoming unavailable.

Clean room- fantastic cleaner, excellent staff - helpful, friendly. Plenty of food and drink variety. Special shoutout to the kids club - probably the best the kids have been to they had an amazing time! We should be back🙂

Die Zimmer waren sauber und groß genug. Klima war im Oktober nicht notwendig. Der Spapool war zu unserer Zeit beheizt und für alle nutzbar. Zum chillen für 16+ wurde ein anderer Pool ernannt. Das Meer war sehr angenehm und sauber. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr aufmerksam und super freundlich. Englisch wird überall verstanden. Mit Deutsch kommt man weit aber es gibt Mitarbeiter, die lieber englisch sprechen, das ist total ausreichend. Freizeit/Fitness war ausreichend und wurde von uns gut genutzt. Der Spiel-und Sportplatz neben der Pool Bar ist sehr praktisch, da man abends gemütlich sitzen kann und die Kinder sind in der Nähe beschäftigt. Animation und Shows waren klasse. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Angeblich soll im Winter jetzt etwas renoviert werden, also wird es noch besser ... :-))

Poolbereiche, Fitnessstudio und Zimmer waren top. Gab nichts zu meckern. Personal und Putzfrauen waren zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und gründlich. Gab nichts zu meckern. Wir haben uns leider am Tag vor der Abreise mit Magen-Darm angesteckt. Das kann natürlich ein Einzelschicksal sein oder doch irgendwo auf eine mangelnde Hygiene hinweisen. Das will ich aber nicht abschließend beurteilen. Die Sauberkeit und die Qualität des Essens waren eigentlich hervorragend.

Masmavi ist für unser Verständnis von "All Inklusive Urlaub" einfach perfekt. Von Anfang an fühlt man sich hier Willkommen und die vielen, vom letzten Jahr bekannten, Angestellten, geben einem gleich das schöne "zu Hause ankommen" Gefühl und zeigt natürlich auch, das die Geschäftsleitung bei den Mitarbeitern vieles richtig macht. Ein gutes Beispiel ist Ebru Gülec, vom Guest Service, die immer ein offenes Ohr hatte, wenn mal etwas fehlte oder sich einfach nur nach unserem Wohlbefinden erkundigte. Als Fans von Disco- bzw. Elektronischer Musik + Lasershow, fanden wir besonders klasse die Beach- und die "Just White"-Party (an der Poolbar-Arena). Aber auch die Halloween Party im letzten Jahr... ganz großes Kino/ sensationell...!!! Wenn es nach uns ginge, dürften gerne noch an 1-2 Abende mehr in der Woche, solche Open-Air-DJ-Partys stattfinden! Aber auch die Shows der Animation und der gekauften Künstler/ Bands waren gut/ teilweise sehr gut. Halt für jeden was dabei...! Auch mit dem angebotenen Sportprogramm (bei teilweise 35°C) waren wir sehr zufrieden. Und ein ganz großes Lob geht auch noch an das komplette Küchen- und Serviceteam. Wir haben immer sehr gut gegessen.

Schöne Anlage, allerdings ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Aufmerksames Personal, Essen war klasse. Auffällig das Bier, Wein und Cocktails wenig bis keinen Alkoholgehalt haben. Auf der Anlage ist ein Shop für Kleidung (direkt hinter der Poolbar) mit reichlich „Luxus-Labels“. Die Verkäufer sind sowas von unhöflich und unfreundlich, dass wir aus diesen Grund nichts gekauft haben (sollte man meiden). Ansonsten war es ein erholsamer Familienurlaub.
