So I waited until 8:42pm for the break to end so I could check in. I used my Expedia points for a last minute booking and only needed a place to sleep. I checked out 12 hours later. The queen size was incredibly small- good thing it was just me. Be aware that there is construction happening directly outside the hotel on S. Reeves so if you are planning on parking your car it will be extra inconvenient. "Charming place. Recently redone, which is nice. Beautiful setting. There were many bird nests near our room. One bird actually flew into our room when we were coming in. But that’s a fun adventure we’ll talk about for years. The only real downside is how loud the space is. Each room is an echo chamber and vibrations from neighbors propagate very easily."
