Fantastic Hotel

I had a fantastic one-night stay at Burj on Bay in Tabarja. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The Room was spacious, elegantly decorated, and the amenities provided were top-notch. the staff were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure my stay was perfect. The hotel's facilities, including the Nest restaurant, were impressive and added to the overall experience. Whether you're in Tabarja for business or leisure, Burj on Bay is a fantastic choice.

This is definitely not a five star hotel. By European or US standards, or even Asia this would be 2 stars on a good day. The room rate I paid is about double that this is worth.

Check your invoice thoroughly before you pay

The hotel is brand new everything was great up till check out, we were charged 35$ for mini bar stuff that we never touched and the untrained staff member was very rude about it making us feel like thieves when we told him that the bill was wrong! Anyway keep ur valubales away cause right after check in and Upon coming from the pool, we saw stuff water bottles moved next to the bed! Why did anyone come into the room right after checkin ?! Just beware!!!

Disappointed

This was no where near a 5 star hotel. Some of staff were attentive and others just gave bare minimum attention to our requests & qustions. The breakfast included in the price of our stay was so-so quality and a minimum of choices. They wouldn't allow to take a plate of food from the breakfast buffet and take to my room without a charge (breakfast included as long as you eat it at the dining room), unlike many other 5 stars where they bend over backwards to make you feel at home. My wife and I ate dinner on their roof restaurant, a beautiful view of the med sea, but the music was way too loud to enjoy dinner and talk. Some portions of their menu wasn't available (they were out of stock). I would only recommend this hotel as a 3 star with a nice view of the sea. Unfortunately our stay came with a 5 star price.
