"We went in the off season. The owners and staff were very attentive. I highly recommend the food there for all meals just make sure to tell them in advance you'll be eating there. Travel from Negril to the retreat if you drive there. If dont you will drive through very hard to drive in mountains (at least for an American). It is very beautiful and remote. We do plan on coming back for the food and amazing veiws and recomending it to out friends and families."

"Got attacked by bed bugs! Room was not very clean. Didn’t have a working tv for 3 days. The staff wasnt very friendly. Unless you were a priority guest, you weren’t really treated the same. Booked a luxury resort for our anniversary and we’re expecting it to be better. The resort itself was beautiful and the food was delicious. "

"This rental was absolutely fabulous. We have been going to Jamaica for 30 years. This was by far the best vacation we’ve had. The rental is spotless the owner Donna thought of everything that we would need including a basket of snacks and a case of water. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. The beach is five minutes away as well as a river to swim in. We enjoyed the privacy of this rental. The view of the ocean is stunning. The breeze off the ocean kept us comfortable, no need to turn on the air conditioning. I highly recommend this rental it is safe and beautiful. I would like to stay there forever! Definitely get breakfast included it was plentiful and delicious. Have questions, do not hesitate to ask the owner she is lovely. "

The location is absolutely breathtaking, offering a genuine opportunity to disconnect from the noise of the world. You're surrounded by stunning nature, many types of birds, and lush plants, but most importantly, by genuine love and caring people.Sean and Geneva warmly welcomed me onto their property with great love and support. Geneva is an exceptional host who took care of all my needs, ensured I was always well-fed, and had transportation ready whenever necessary. During my 30-day stay, I experienced the authentic culture of Jamaica in ways you can't find at typical resorts. THIS WAS THE REAL JAMAICA EXPERIENCE!Thank you, Geneva and Sean, for welcoming me into your home and becoming true friends. I look forward to returning.P.S. OMG, Geneva can cook! "We had an amazing stay in the mountains of Jamaica! The food was excellent, and we loved watching the sunset every evening. Terry was wonderful company — he even picked us up in Negril to bring us to the beautiful cabins in the woods. A truly magnificent stay!"
