「We booked a cosy double but requested a refurbished room. When we arrived they took us up to room 19 it was completely bare no lamps, ornaments, curtains or anything on the walls no soft furnishings and very dowdy and old fashioned it looked like a very run down b and b room and no towels it was empty apart from a bed with sheets on and a kettle with tea coffee etc. It looked like they had emptied it and not being used.
