「We visited Beechworth to celebrate mum’s 91st birthday. I was nervous of finding suitable accommodation for her, but this house far exceeded my expectations. Chris was wonderful to deal with and eased my concerns. The house was very comfortable, warm and cosy, and very clean. Walk in showers (2), fabulous comfy beds, great fully equipped kitchen, lots of sunshine during the day and close to the lake (a great walk). We hope to be back to celebrate 92 !!」

「Two sisters on a road trip to Melbourne decided to break the journey in Beechworth and stay at Gladstone House. What a find! Location excellent - just a short stroll into town. The house is very old and because of this, there are a few areas where there are steps into rooms, but it was beautifully presented, spotlessly clean and thoughtfully provisioned.
