「Impressed the moment we stepped into the home. Everything was exactly as represented in the advertisement. Clean, organised, fresh and welcoming. Well stocked with thoughtful kitchen, bedroom, livingroom and bathroom amenities; we only needed our own clothes and groceries to settle in and enjoy. Only real complaint I have is that is was very hot in the house with no way to cool it down as it was controlled by the owner, I reached out to the owner telling them it was very hot and asking how to cool it down and they went silent, no response. Disappointing as earlier in the day they were very responsive. I don’t think owners should be able to control the heat/ a/c during renters stay.」

「I never got a chance to stay because my reservation was cancelled less than 30 hours before check-in and nothing was done by any of the parties concerned to help me find similar affordable accommodation for my weekend.
