「Very nice property on the Lake (down the hill) in a remote part of Brown County only fifteen minutes from the TC Steele historical site. Very quiet and lots of birds to watch or listen to. 「This was an amazing stay, the property owner was very accommodating, helpful, and she quickly responded to any needs or questions. We originally booked the cabin, and while we loved it---the views were amazing---we realized that the lofts weren't the right fit for us. 「We took our boat, great location to Lake Monroe. We had dinner at the Fairfax Bar and Grill. GREAT DINNER, food was delicious and great friendly service and it is dog friendly. Our cabin was fine for our needs. There were holes in the screen but a gentleman came and sprayed the wasps. Dog MUST be on leash.」
