"What a wonderful location! Great views, walking distance from so much and a very clean place."

"I stayed for 2 nights prior to a big foot race across Wales. Julie and Dyfraig provided nice, warm, and clean accommodations for my stay. The bed was comfortable. The full kitchen had every amenity needed for cookings. The location was perfect with a 5 to 10 minute walk to the downtown area of LLandudno. When we return, this will be the first place we will look to reserve."

"Really enjoyed our stay. House was comfortable and plenty big enough for the 3 of us and our dogs. Decor a little tired but had everything we needed and was clean and tidy. Superb location - ideally situated in easy walking distance of pub, shops and beach. Small but fenced garden for the dogs. "Beautiful rustic comfortable apartment. Has a fantastic view and in a brilliant location. The owner was extremely helpful with local information and tips for places to eat. The owner’s restaurant was sadly closed but would certainly book a table when we next stay."

"Situated in a stunning location. The hotel was easy to find and had ample parking. Check in was quick and efficient. We booked this hotel as we were taking part in a 1am Snowdon walk. It was literally two minute walk to the Snowdon train station, which was our meeting point. The village with shops and restaurants was only a few minutes walk away. Our room was clean and comfortable, quiet and had everything we needed. The breakfast was good and much appreciated after a night hike. Looking to return for a couple of days to relax and to explore the area a little more. "

"Loved the Iris hotel experience. The room was very clean, comfortable and overlooking the sea. The staff were extremely attentive, and looked after us very well. The bed was giant sized and haven't slept so well in years. The continental breakfast was just right with lots of choice. I was very impressed with the whole stay and it was very reasonably priced. Well done to the staff, they worked so hard for us. 👍"

"We liked where the property was situated ans we had a sea view. The room itself was nice but small and very warm, the curtains was very heavy to draw so a blind would have been better. The staff were all very nice and nothing was to much trouble, theguys who served breakfast did a excellent job and the breakfast was very enjoyable. "
