「Misa, young lady at the front desk, was very pleasant and helpful. She got us checked in quickly and answered all are questions. Guided us to nearby restaurants. Hotel itself was very clean. Location was perfect. Less than 20 mins from the FBI Academy. Many restaurants and retail stores/shopping plaza nearby. 」

「This hotel is located perfectly but compared to other 3 star hotels in the local vicinity it could do with some tlc. The staff could do with a uniform so they are easier to identify but they are generally nice. 」
"I handed in my laundry, but even after three days, it hadn’t come back. Despite repeatedly asking the front desk to look into the matter, they were unable to locate it. It was only at check-out that we discovered it had been delivered to a different hotel. In the end, the laundry was safely returned to me, but I wish appropriate action had been taken sooner."
