"For a long weekend getaway with six adults, this house was wonderful! Two full bathroon, one half bath, lots of bedrooms. A great porch! Nothing to complain about at all! We will spread the word and be returning! ! ♥︎"

"It was our 4th time at Brian's place on Lamoka Lake, We had a good time, as usual. Lots of small fish from the dock but no big ones this year. The cottage was clean and functional with no problems. And we got good use out of the new grill. Brian was a good host, as he always is. We expect to be back again next year."

"My husband and I get up to the finger lakes a couple times a year and this is one of the best houses we’ve stayed at. The location is perfect as you are minutes from Keuka lake, Keuka state park, and various wineries & breweries. The house has everything you need for accommodations while also having a nice fenced in yard (perfect for dogs) with a fire pit. We will absolutely book again!"
