「We had the best stay here for my birthday ! The room was beautiful and the breakfast was outstanding, a little further out than we normally stay but well worth the extra few minutes walk」

「Absolutely wonderful! We loved our host and appreciate his helpfulness and conversation!」

「Really lovely stay - friendly staff in a small pub in Combe Down open for evening meals during the week, and open for lunch onwards at the weekend. We had a lovely welcome, preordered breakfast for the next morning which was really delicious, and was shown to our room upstairs. A lovely view of the white horse in the distance and a comfy bed, with lovely furnishings. We would stay again.」

「Everything perfect! I like the candy’s !」

「Lovely room and ideally located for our weekend stay in Bath, extremely close to all the main tourist sites, restaurants and shops. The room was very comfortable and the in-room bath tub is great fun! Staff were very friendly and efficient. Only downside was that, being in the basement and underneath the front door meant that we had a lot of noise from people entering and leaving the property - both at night and early in the morning - and the bathroom smelled quite mouldy.」
