"We stayed here for a friend’s birthday who lives nearby. The facilities were excellent for our needs. The property is very well equipped, and has a great garden with outdoor equipment. The nearby railway line was no problem as there were only about 2 trains per hour. Would definitely recommend."

The Gite itself is small with 3 bedrooms but with potential to sleep 6. Having this number stay would perhaps be problematic with regard to the sitting room which, although comfortable, is small (but more than adequate for our stay). "My wife and I stayed in Brimeux for three nights in preparation for returning to the UK via Eurotunnel which is under an hour away. The house was immaculate and matched the photos perfectly. The house is ideally located for visiting the lovely village of Montrieul sur mer and an excellent veterinary surgery for our dogs to have their tapeworm tablets. This will become our regular stopover from now on, thoroughly recommended. "
