「I stayed here for 6 nights for a conference in July 2025 and found it clean, comfortable, quiet and very reasonably priced. I liked the option of making breakfast for myself or preparing a simple meal (the kitchenette is pretty basic but has a fridge, microwave, hot plates, a coffee machine (attention, you can't buy the pods in the supermarket but they sell them in the lobby) and basic equipment - no bowls for cereal though, I imagine had I asked I could have borrowed some from the breakfast...

「Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans cette maison très agréable. Il y a de l'espace, tout le confort et même plus... La situation de la maison est idéale pour des promenades ou des visites. L'accueil avec des spécialités est très agréable. Merci à Jean Bernard qui nous a très gentiment accueilli. Nous conseillons cette location ; c'était d'ailleurs la deuxième fois que nous y allions. 「Séjour du 10 au 17 Aout 2024 Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette villa de plein pied, totalement conforme aux photos. Confort optimal et propreté sont au rendez-vous. Rien ne manque, tout est prevu. Nous avons eu un accueil très chaleureux de Patrick et de son épouse, avec en prime, un très beau panier garni de fruits et de légumes bien frais. A noter également , leur grande disponibilité. 「Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour dans cette maison. Elle est spacieuse (nous étions 9), confortable, calme et propre. La terrasse et piscine sont très agréable aussi et l’accueil chaleureux. Le village de St Martin est magnifique et très bien situé. Il y a aussi un excellent restaurant à deux pas que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Nous reviendrons ! 」

「The area was a little remote, but the house was exactly as described and plenty big enough for 3 family groups with a wide range in children’s ages. The outside areas worked brilliantly well, plenty of shade or sun as required. The area was really peaceful and we had deer wandering around the area. The property owner was really helpful with all our questions and responded really quickly. If I’m being picky due to the heatwave we would have appreciated. Air con in the downstairs bedrooms....

「Nous avons trouvé la maison du bonheur pour fêter en famille un réveillon inoubliable. David nous a accueilli très chaleureusement au sein de son domaine familial refait avec goût et passion. Nous avons pu profiter d’un séjour à Pérouti au coeur de la campagne entourés des ânes et des moutons et d’une vue magnifique sur la vallée. Le temps s’est comme arrêté et tout ce qui nous entoure invite à profiter de l’instant présent et de la magie du lieu. Le domaine est spacieux et la cuisine sublime...

「We stayed at Cedric's property for three weeks, with friends coming to visit during that period. The house is really nicely set up to allow for entertaining and relaxing; the pool is the perfect temp, the house is cool during hot days and the living room and kitchen are spacious and well laid out. 「We arrived to the Villa. The key had. Even left under the mat for us. Beautiful property with all mod-cons. We had a very relaxing week. One criticism, we were opposite the village hall and there was a party there on the Friday night and the music (very loud) went on until 4am!! Apart from that, everything was great, thank you.」
