These folks held a delivery for me that involved a component very critical to my work in the area. I really appreciated them looking out for the delivery and holding it for me til I arrived the next day. Next time I return to Port Arthur I will be staying here again. All the other amenities were fine at a fair price.

The Mexican grill next door was awesome. Front desk lady was nice. Pool area was well kept and a nice amenity. Down side was our toilet was broken, the pull out bed had trash and pills in it. Plastic was ripped open and mattress was dirty. No sheets. Husband asked for bedding and got only a ripped quilt. We didnt feel safe to put the kids on it as planned. We left in the middle of the night because we couldnt all fit in the bed.

This is a decent and basic hotel but nice enough for the price. I thought the beds were comfortable but the person in the room next to me kept seeing the smoke alarm off by smoking so my experience was not as good as a typical visitor.

The first room had a very bad oder as well has the bedding smelt so bad we had to be moved to another room. The toilet lever was also broken and toilet wouldnt flush.

The smell when you walk in is horrible. Its a chemical smell but not the good kind. I found and had to kill a huge roch in my room. Also found one in the lobby walking around like he owned the place. The bathtub has no non slip stickers so i almost fell several times. Ill never stay there again
