"Stay was awesome. Staff was friendly except the lady that puts out the breakfast. She wasn’t rude just not responsive and seems annoyed to do her job. They were running out of things at the same time and maybe people were standing around waiting. Some people were irritated but we were fine. I would recommend them prepping better for faster turnaround. Overall a great experience and we will stay there again!"

There was only one elevator working and it was not in good condition. If the grounds and the amenities matched the level of the staff it would be a great spot to recommend for travelers."

"Not 4 star by a long shot. Dirty. Other people’s hair on bathroom walls, something wrong with building HVAC so loud required ear plugs to sleep. Room wasn’t serviced Saturday. Do not go to this hotel. "

"I was surprised to see that this is a converted motel and rooms were walk ups. I must not have noticed this when looking for a place to stay in Beaufort. One thing I do not do is stay in a walk up due to safely. Despite this, the hotel was nicely renovated and the staff was very nice. They gave us coupons to their coffee/ cocktail spot and left homemade cookies on our door at night which was a nice touch. They also give access to Cat Island Club which is also a nice benefit. A little noisy next to the road but situated in a great location. "
