This is probably one of the worst experiences i have ever had!! When we pull up at the house at 420, the driveway is so broken and damaged that it is a complete hazard, my elderly parents almost fell several times. The the whole house feels wet/sticky and like a lot of moisture in the house. We get dinner and all get ready for bed, we turn the air down and it hits about 75 which is kinda warm but managable. There are no paper towels, no kitchen rags or anything to clean anything up. We get up early the next day to go to the military base for our first day, we get back to the house and it is 81 in the home. It was actually cooler outside than inside the house! I send the owner a message on vrbo was asked to text a picture of the thermostat to them, sent the picture, sent a follow up text, and sent a follow up message on vrbo, still nothing. 3 hours (its now 7pm) go by and i reach out to customer support for them to finally get us in contact with the owners. We are told there must have been a communication issue, but they will send someone out to fix the air. He comes within about an hour, ok great. He is there for about an hour when he says he will be right bavck to fix it. More than an hour goes by, he hasnt returned. We all have to be up at 4am, it is still 80 in the house and no resolutions. The air didnt get fixed until the last day. Owner never reached back out to check how everything was or anything. Also, the beds were horrible!!! Do not recommend at all!!!
