The accommodation was very clean . The staff very polite and friendly. Only the food was not hot it was warm. I normally like hot food. Will give the staff 5 stars accommodation 5 stars and food 4 stars.

Nice, big hotel with swimming pool. Very busy during our stay with various events taking place. Rooms are nice size however the finish in the bathroom needs improvement for a 5 star hotel. Breakfast is good with lots of choice. All the staff are friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay but do not feel overall that the 5 star rating is accurate. Also we were issued two keys - one works the elevators and the other the room. Unfortunately at check in we were not informed of this, thus ensued some delay in lift until another resident explained how the keys work.

Will definitely stay again

Rooms look a little tired but ok. Garden was not well looked after. (cut trees not completely removed, uncut lawn) I had a beer at the poolbar around 12:45. Tables were not cleaned. I had lunch at 13:50 at the restaurant. Outside tables were occupied by staff having lunch. Weird. IMHO Cresta Lodge just meets minimum standards. Not better, not worse.
