「Silver Lake is a beautiful location and having cabins to rent on the lake side is pretty special. The cabins are old and rather quirky, but you can over look some inconveniences, like luke warm water, missing chairs for dining, no plugs in the sinks and even a mouse in your room. But when we checked in they charge me for the room even though I had paid for it . I had to find my credit card bill to show I had paid for the room. Once I showed them my credit card statement they refunded the money...

The room space was a little small, but it felt cozy and comfortable. The hotel had a warm and relaxing atmosphere, and overall we enjoyed our stay. Perfect for a simple and cozy getaway near the slopes.」

「The host was great and the location was good, with a moderate walk on the side of the road to the chairlifts. Unfortunately the room was the equivalent of a dated motel room with the faint but distinct smell of a smoker’s old car. It was far overpriced for the quality. 」
