"The room hadn't been vacuumed, the shower had hair in it. One of the plugins was completely broken and didn't work. Another plug-in was overloaded so much that all of the cords weren't able to fit in properly. It had a very stale smell. There was no elevator. If we hadn't been so tired we would have switched to a different hotel."
