"Johanna at check in was amazing. There was an issue with the booking to begin with, but her professionalism was wonderful and she sorted the matter within minutes. She arranged for us to have a late check out on the Sunday. We had breakfast on the Sunday morning and the choice was excellent. Lovely hotel. Excellent Concierge, all round would highly recommend. "It was a little warm in the room at night. We opened the window a few times but eventually cigarette smoke wafted in and we had to keep closing it. One of the legs of our bed was breaking and was at an awkward angle so it sunk the bed a bit on one side. Overall it's a good property. Perhaps better suited to younger folks. "

Hot room, no air con, only one window could open and this was only March. Think it would be unpleasant in summer."
