Nice location, great staff but maintance needed

Staff is friendly, but hotel is in need of maintenance. Bed was horrible the first night but this was fixed. - Leaky shower - Floors in room are worn of and in desperate need of replacement - Gym is very limited in what is present in equipment, no music, only a few towels, old gym equipment and very small. - Breakfast is very good with nice staff, a lot of fresh and healthy food. - Location is great - Can someone explain the very unhandy furnature pience standing for the counter in the reception?

Nice hotel handy for East Side and u-bahn

The hotel is in a good location, very near the U bahn giving access to the whole city. There a good restaurants near by as well as excellent options for breakfast. Our one complaint was the aircon only blowing warm air which made for an uncomfortable nights sleep. Other than that the room was reasonably big, the bed comfortable and the over bath rain fall shower was decent.

A nice hotel with an industrial style/ asthetic. The room was very spacious and had everything we needed, there was a strange smell in the room we couldnt get rid of. The smell was likely due to a dirty mop used to clean the floor. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Breakfast buffet was excellent with a huge range of food available, including fresh cooked to order omelettes and pancakes. I would definately stay again. The fitness room is small, but useful for a quick workout.

very good location

Very good hotel very close to one subway and within easy walking distance of two others, so ideal for getting around Berlin. Nice range of eating options close by as well. I was initially put off by the somewhat 'curt efficiency' of the woman at reception, but all subsequent encounters were more like my earlier stays at the hotel with warm and friendly staff. I especially appreciated the unexpected birthday surprise of cheese cake!!!

Well located in the center area, next door to a Metro station, several convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Room was very spacious and very quiet. Only downside was the lack of wardrobe in the bedroom and the very limited options of room service (basically options of pizza and very few others non-pizza)
