The owners had decorated for Christmas, had a welcome note and a bottle of wine for us, and made sure the home was warm and cozy — it instantly felt like home.After a bad storm our first night, they even checked in on us the next morning to make sure everything was okay, which truly meant a lot. Their kindness and attentiveness made our stay even more special.The property itself is absolutely gorgeous inside and out. "This was an excellent place to stay and entertain while visiting family nearby. The heated pool was a real bonus. A short walk to the town with lots of restaurants and shops, and ice skating in November. Just a block away from a nice bike ride around lake Natoma. Plenty of parking. "
